Job Summary
The Pharmaceutical Customer Solutions Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and continued success of our clients. The Customer Solutions Manager will own research, ideation, and development of new program proposals for both RxMx and RxMx CREATE divisions.  This role will be pivotal in understanding the clinical landscape and client needs, and how our RxMx product offerings can be best tailored to develop insights-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of excellent
customer success performance within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with big Pharma clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and specific software needs.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by identifying and closing new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships. Support
Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and data analytics, to design and deliver customized SaaS solutions that address client requirements and drive operational efficiencies. Identifying solution improvements or new solutions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Project Management: Manage all aspects of client projects, from initial scoping to implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Product Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, pharmaceutical operations, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients regarding our SaaS platform. Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

Issue Resolution: Identify and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Work closely with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, IT, and customer support, to align client needs with our SaaS platform capabilities.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, project status, and opportunities for business growth to management. Conduct periodic health check to collect information: potential sales leads, testimonials, feedback, and complaints that will help in identifying customer behaviour, industry trends, competitor behaviour and potential areas for improvement

Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and software implementations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent). Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in healthcare SaaS, with a proven track record in B2B new business development
Strong understanding of life science and pharmaceutical industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proven track record of consistency in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to organisations.
Ability to identify new business opportunities through research, referrals,networking, and cold calling.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
